1. Shipping Destinations
LAVEZZO Milano ships to Italy, European Union member states, and selected international destinations where available. If your country is not currently available during checkout, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@lavezzomilano.it. We will do our best to assist you with your purchase.
2. Shipping Charges
LAVEZZO Milano currently offers free shipping on all orders delivered within Italy and the European Union. For destinations outside the European Union, where shipping is available, shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before your order is confirmed.
For special promotions, commercial collaborations, limited-time offers or selected product categories, different shipping conditions may apply. In such cases, the information displayed on the product page or during checkout shall prevail.
LAVEZZO Milano reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy, shipping conditions and promotional shipping offers at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. During peak periods such as seasonal sales, holidays or promotional campaigns, order processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LAVEZZO Milano. Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Non-EU Countries (where available): 5–10 business days
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control shall not be considered the responsibility of LAVEZZO Milano.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number, where available. You may track your shipment directly through the website of the designated shipping carrier.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. LAVEZZO Milano shall not be liable for any additional charges requested by customs or tax authorities.
7. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, complete and up to date, including: recipient’s name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, email address. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed deliveries, returned parcels or re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please contact us promptly at info@lavezzomilano.it, providing photographs whenever possible. LAVEZZO Milano will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or another reasonable solution.
9. Delivery Inspection
We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, tampering or any other visible irregularities, we encourage you to report the issue to the shipping carrier before accepting delivery and to contact us as soon as possible.
10. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, refusal of delivery, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or any other reason attributable to the customer, any additional storage, return or re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
11. Partial Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, LAVEZZO Milano reserves the right to ship the items separately based on product availability, logistics arrangements or replenishment schedules. Any partial shipments initiated by LAVEZZO Milano will not incur additional shipping charges for the customer.
12. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the purchased products shall transfer to the customer only after full payment of the order has been received by LAVEZZO Milano.
13. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person designated by the customer. If the customer independently selects a carrier other than the one proposed by LAVEZZO Milano, the risk shall transfer to the customer once the goods have been handed over to that carrier.
14. Force Majeure
LAVEZZO Milano shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, war or armed conflicts, public health emergencies, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, any other unforeseeable or unavoidable events.
15. Shipping Restrictions
LAVEZZO Milano reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries, territories or addresses where legal, logistical or security restrictions apply. If an order cannot be fulfilled for these reasons, the customer will be notified promptly and, where applicable, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.
