Returns & Refunds

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Returns showing perfume, smoke, makeup stains, alterations, damage or signs of wear will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
Please contact info@lavezzomilano.it with your order number, reason for return and photos if the item is defective.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly.
5. Defective Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution.
6. Non-returnable Items
Customized products, Gift Cards and hygiene-sensitive items.
7. Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Shipping costs for exchanges requested for personal reasons are borne by the customer.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
9. EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without the need to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement sent to info@lavezzomilano.it before the withdrawal period expires.
